When it comes to paranormal encounters it can be anything the beings the orbs the whispers and then the shadows or even dreams, there is a lot of saying that dreams are from the other side of life thru our minds how I feel about it's another sign there  is more to the dream world when it comes to them I have always watched what around me looked at every detail.

         I have encountered a lot and have seen many as an empath we are like a magnet to the unknown. More than what we realize this world and other worlds around us is a scary place, but it all matters in what you believe in who know maybe I am one of them hiding in a human body.
